is a range of non-alcoholic spirits obtained by scrupulously following the ancient methods found in the late 17th-century text, created with the dream of changing the way of drinking spirits. The ingredients used to flavor these pioneering drinks all come from the lush English countryside, partly self-produced on the estate. Ben had two dreams: the first was to continue the family's nine-generation agricultural tradition, the second was to solve the dilemma of 'what to drink when you can't drink'. It was over two years of research, in close contact with expert distillers, botanists and historical experts in the sector, that inspired the creation of the world's first non-alcoholic spirit. The production process lasts almost six months as each botanical requires specific maceration times and distillation temperatures. Even the name is deeply rooted in tradition: seedlips were the baskets Ben's family used to sift the seeds of the plants they grew. Seedlip Garden 108 owes its name to the number of days it took to sow, grow, and harvest the peas on the farm of Ben Branson, the visionary producer of Seedlip products. The botanicals: hay, peas, mint, rosemary, thyme, and hops.
