Rosso di Valtellina Ar.Pe.Pe was born from the idea of offering a youthful and fragrant wine, one of the company's most successful wines to date. This wine is made from vineyards located in a hilly area, at an altitude of approximately 600 meters above sea level. The poor, stony soils, combined with a cool climate with significant temperature variations, allow for excellent ripening of the grapes. Harvest takes place in early October, and the bunches, after a long maceration on the skins, are fermented in 50-hectoliter wooden vats. The wine ages for 5 months in barrels and concrete tanks before completing its bottle aging for a few months.
