Rosso Di Montalcino Gorelli 2021
Prompt delivery if you order before 15:30,
Gorelli Rosso Di Montalcino is produced by Giuseppe Gorelli, who manages both the vineyards, leased from his friend and winemaker Maurizio Lambardi, and the winemaking. This takes place traditionally, with spontaneous fermentation. The grapes are fermented mostly in 50-hectoliter wooden vats/barrels. The wine is then aged in medium- to large-capacity wooden barrels.

Gorelli Rosso Di Montalcino is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown on medium-textured, clayey soils. All cultivation procedures are performed manually: dry pruning, green pruning, thinning, bunch selection, and finally harvest. Vinification and fermentation occur spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts, and are carried out partly in wooden barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks.
