De Bartoli's Passito di Pantelleria 'Bukkuram Padre della Vigna' was born from years of dialogue between the producer and the island's most experienced and elderly farmers, seeking to uncover their secrets and learn how the grapes, dried in the sun, could become the 'Nectar of the Gods.' He understood that only through a long process of obsessive attention to the vineyard could the sun-dried grapes be transformed into his passito, according to the origins handed down by the Arabs. Bukkuram 'Padre della Vigna' is the passito of great vintages.
