Ingredients
Alcohol, herbs (lime leaves), seeds (anise, star anise, coriander, cardamom).
Ouzo Aenanon Vantana is born from a slow distillation in traditional built-in copper stills. The heads and tails, the initial and final parts of the distillation, are removed, leaving only the heart, giving this distillate a more refined and sophisticated aroma. The distillate is then diluted with crystal-clear water from the Erymanthian Mountains.
