The Nosiola Fontanasanta' Foradori is produced with the best selection of grapes from several vineyards located in the hills of Trento, it is achieved by leaving the wine in contact with the skins in the special jars for at least eight months, all in perfect harmony with the thought of its creator, Elisabetta Foradori . Nosiola is a variety that was slowly disappearing, but with the skilful work of the winemakers was relaunched as a typical product and the thirty authentic regional tradition, is expressed with strength and balance, a grape that grows on poor soils, but gives life wine of great delicacy and longevity. Served after your meal here is the whole expression of Nosiola slowly and reveals a dynamic that requires patience and time. It should be drunk after a long aeration and at least 15 degrees.'
