Habemus Etichetta Rossa San Giovenale 2019 is a Cabernet Franc whose power and concentration, along with extraordinary persistence, will remain in the memory. Born from the expertise of a prominent winemaker, Marco Casolanetti, it is an unusual bottle for Lazio. Everything in this wine strives for excellence: the Cabernet Franc grapes come from a vineyard of just one hectare with a very low yield. The avoidance of any synthetic substances allows for healthy grapes, rich in substance and extracts. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with 15 days of maceration on the skins. The wine then ages for 30 months in barrique.
