Friulano Ronchi di Manzano 2023 is a Friulian white wine made from a very low yield from the winery's oldest vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a one-night cryomaceration process at a temperature close to 0°C. Fermentation takes place in large wooden barrels, where the wine remains until bottling.
