Chateau Pichon Longueville Reserve de la Comtesse is a highly elegant red wine. A refined Bordeaux blend, this wine is composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon, with the addition of Merlot and a small percentage of Petit Verdot. The grapes come from biodynamically cultivated vineyards on gravelly soils with sandy-clay subsoil. After traditional fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels.
