Francoise Bedel is one of the first wineries to convert to biodynamic agriculture, having achieved certification in the 1980s. We are located in the Marne Valley, almost on the border of the Champagne AOC, 80 km from Paris in a municipality called Croutie-sur-Marne. The Cuvée ENTRE CIEL ET TERRE is produced with 50% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, and 30% Pinot Noir. It is an Extra Brut with a residual sugar content of 2.6 g/l. Vinification is done partially in wood and the wine rests on the lees for at least 3 years.
