Champagne André Robert Rose De Vignes Extra Brut is produced with Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs region. The soil is calcareous for the Chardonnay, sandy clay for the Pinot Meunier, and clayey for the Pinot Noir. Vinification takes place in steel vats and aging is carried out on the lees. Malolactic fermentation is not performed. Extended aging on the lees in the bottle for 3 to 4 years. Dosage: 4g/L
