Champagne Alexandre Bottet Extra Brut is produced from 10% Pinot Noir grapes in the Aube region of Les Riceys, from vines approximately 30 years old. Les Riceys is the most sought-after cru in the Côte des Bar, with three AOCs awarded for the excellence of its Pinot Noir: Champagne, Coteaux Champenois, and Rosé des Riceys. The Alexandre Bonnet winery has become the emblem of this unique terroir. Vinification is traditional, and the residual sugar content is 3 g/l. Ideal as an aperitif.
