Taste tasting
The variety of herbs and spices intoxicate the entire mouth so much so that it becomes really difficult to differentiate one from the other and perhaps, in this case, you should just enjoy it.
What to pair wine with Amaro Unicum cl 70
Zwack's Unico amaro is best enjoyed on its own. Without any accompaniments. The only exception is a few ice cubes.
Unicum amaro has been produced for over 200 years with the same recipe that makes it unique. Its herbs (over 40) and spices come from all five continents. Half the herbs are macerated and half distilled, then blended in a single wooden barrel. The alcoholic beverage is then aged in French oak barrels.
