The second official release from Farm Distillery, located in the southern Scottish Lowlands, is called 'Sowing Edition'. It is the first in an annual series of limited 'seasonal' bottlings, reflecting the rhythm of time dictated by the cultivation of the land.

The Sowing Edition reflects spring, when everything on the farm comes to life and the seeds for the annual barley begin to be sown. Expect notes of creamy vanilla, sweet cereal, and crisp green apples and pears. The Sowing Edition is made from 100% first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and is bottled at 48% ABV, without chill-filtering or added color.
