Ciroc Vodka is a French spirit made from Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc grapes, distilled five times. Its smooth, rounded, dry, and pleasant character makes it considered one of the clearest, cleanest, most refined, and modern vodkas in the world. The word Ciroc evokes the Gaillac region, home to the highest vineyards in France. Ciroc is a unique vodka in several ways: firstly, its ingredients, and secondly, its production process. It stands out from all other vodkas because it is produced exclusively using French grapes: Mauzac Blanc (from the Gaillac district) and Ugni Blanc (from the Cognac region). The production of this unique vodka then involves maceration and cold fermentation of the grapes, techniques typically used for winemaking, not vodka. But vodka is part of the world of spirits, and in this case, the resulting preparation is subjected to a series of distillations. Grape alcohol is then added, and a final distillation is carried out, for a total of five steps (clearly indicated on the bottle) in copper discontinuous stills. The result is a premium vodka, with a particularly smooth and rounded taste on the palate that remains dry on the finish of each sip.
