McCoy's Real Rum 3 Y.O. is a single blended rum produced using Pot Still and Coffey Still distillation. It is filtered and delicately decolorized while retaining the characteristics of the liquids obtained from small distillation batches aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled after reduction to 40 proof without the addition of sweeteners or other additives.

McCoy's Real Rum 3 Y.O. is a limited-edition single blended white rum produced by Foursquare Distillery in Barbados from the highest quality black strap molasses, fermented for 48 to 56 hours. Distillation occurs partly in a continuous coffey column and partly using a Green Engineering double retort copper pot still. After a brief three-year aging process, it is ready to release.
