Eminente Reserva 7 Anos is a new Cuban rum that enriches the already extensive portfolio of the French luxury multinational LVMH. Originating from what locals call 'Crocodile Island' (Isla del Cocodrilo) due to its shape similar to that of the large reptile, it was created by César Martí, Cuba's youngest Maestro Ronero. Eminente is a rich and full-bodied rum inspired by the 19th-century Cuban sugarcane spirit (aguardiente). It is born from a skillful pairing of aged aguardientes and light rums. The former provide complexity and depth of flavor, while the rum adds vitality and strength. The Reserva contains up to 70% aged spirits, setting new quality standards among Cuban rums. To be sipped alone, on the rocks or in a cocktail, Eminente Reserva represents the perfect compromise between youth and maturity. Intense and delicate on the nose, full-bodied and incredibly deep on the palate, where it reveals hints of vanilla, peaty and coffee, as well as an interesting note of unrefined sugar cane.
