El Dorado Demerara 12 Year Old Rum is aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It is a blend of rums distilled in wooden Coffey Stills, formerly from the Enmore distillery, rums distilled in wooden Single Pot Stills from the Versailles distillery, and other more mature rums from Demerara Distillers' incredible collection of casks. An elegant and complex rum, perfectly balanced, ideal for mixing or enjoying neat after a delicious meal.
