Since 1887, Maison Clément has been producing Rhum Vieux Agricole, adhering to the A.O.C. rules. Homère Clément was the first to utilize the purity and richness of cane juice, which are still essential today in the production of a perfectly natural rum. After fermentation, it is distilled and aged in small American oak barrels to achieve incomparable finesse.
