Grown, processed, and packaged at Tenuta Colombara, in the heart of the province of Vercelli, it is unique in the world. After harvest, the rice is aged for at least one to seven years in refrigerated silos. It is then slowly and delicately refined using the propeller mill, a process invented in 1884 and today used only by the Rondolino family. Experience led to an intuition: the grains are reintegrated with their bud, which contains all the most precious nutrients, vitamins, and minerals found only in brown rice.
