Porto Vista Alegre Tawny 40 Years is produced using the traditional method, which involves partial striation of the grapes with light pressing and fermentation with maceration on the skins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with the addition of brandy (firewater). The process ends with the blending of wines with unique characteristics, each aged for several years in oak barrels, with an average age of over 40 years.
