Moscato d'Asti Saracco is produced from Moscato Bianco di Canelli grapes grown in vineyards located in Castiglione Tinella, Santo Stefano Belbo, Castagnole Lanze, and Calosso. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed to preserve the most aromatic part of the grape juice, contained in the outermost part of the berry. The must is kept in steel tanks at a temperature of -2°C. After temperature-controlled fermentation, it is microfiltered and bottled to preserve its freshness and aroma.
