Montevetrano Rosso 2021 comes from vineyards located in the municipality of San Cipriano Picentino, in the province of Salerno. It is produced with hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Aglianico grapes. After harvesting, it ferments in stainless steel tanks for 20 days with frequent punching down. The wine then ages in temperature-controlled barriques for approximately 12-14 months.
