Vago Mexicano Garcia is made with 90% Mexican agave and 10% Espadin agave. It's cooked in an underground conical oven and then milled with a horse-drawn tahona. Fermentation is natural in pinewood vats and double distilled in copper stills. Best drunk neat. Hints of cocoa, cinnamon, and vanilla make Mexcal Vago Mexicano a perfect digestif or paired with dessert.
