The Merol 'Graf De La Tour' Villa Russiz is part of the Collio DOC. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand when perfectly ripe. They quickly reach the cellar, where the berries are separated from the stalks, then left to ferment and macerate for approximately 20 days. After racking, the wine is aged for approximately 24 months in small 225-liter French oak barrels, then blended in steel tanks and bottled for 10 months.
