Lugana Cà dei Frati is the flagship wine of the Cà dei Frati winery, produced with the native grape variety. Designed to be consumed during the vintage, it expresses its best qualities many years after bottling. In its youth, it is fresh, linear, and endowed with great finesse and elegance, with delicate notes of white flowers and balsamic notes, hints of apricot and almond. Time allows it to evolve, expressing its mineral notes with greater determination, thus acquiring its complexity with hints of iodine, spices, and candied fruit. On the palate, it envelops the entire palate thanks to a significant savory essence accompanied by lively and exuberant acidity. When young, it is best served at around 10 degrees, with cold or warm but delicate appetizers, and pairs well with fish dishes, whether boiled, steamed, or grilled.
