Grignolino D'Asti Spertino 2023, a Piedmontese red with a strong territorial character. In the Monferrato area, the Grignolino grape has been cultivated for centuries and produces a wine particularly appreciated for its elegant and subtle profile. It is the fruit of vineyards managed entirely by hand, without the use of tractors, to prevent soil compaction and compromise the natural vitality of the soil. Fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts in exhausted Slavonian oak barrels, ensuring no wood aromas are transferred to the wine. Before bottling, the wine ages for four months in stainless steel tanks.
