Marzadro Grappa 'Le 18 Lune' is a Stravecchia Grappa emblematic of the culture, care, and art of distilling. Obtained from the bain-marie distillation in a pot still of five Trentino pomaces—Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Moscato, and Chardonnay—it ages in small cherry, ash, oak, and black locust barrels, each imparting its own distinctive aroma, flavor, color, and flavor. The aging process follows the rhythms of nature: 18 months pass from moon to moon. The Master Distiller oversees the maturation process until the ideal blend and perfect harmony between wood and Grappa are achieved.
