Spirit of Abalone Gin is ideal for drinking neat and at room temperature, but remains very versatile, in the classic pairing with tonic water or for creating more innovative cocktails.
Spirit of Abalone Gin is created with a patented infusion system of abalone and juniper berries. It uses an agricultural alcohol obtained from ancient Sicilian grains of organic origin: Russello and Tumminia. It is distilled in a small copper boiler fueled with olive and beech wood, with the addition of water from natural springs in the Peloritani mountains.
