Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Gin is a modern classic. Inspired by the finest London Dry Gin traditions, it blends a modern taste for aromatic gins with a Mediterranean character. Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Gin is the result of a careful selection of raw materials. The citrus fruits, purchased from local farmers, come from the Spanish region of Murcia. They are harvested and peeled by hand, then the peels are left to dry in the sun, according to tradition. In addition to Murcian citrus fruits, the recipe is complemented by Tuscan juniper, Moroccan coriander, Chinese licorice, cassia, almonds, iris, grains of paradise, and java pepper.
