Etna Rosso Idda is produced from the collaboration - Graci is born on the Etna volcano from Nerello Mascalese vineyards located in the municipality of Biancavilla, on the south-west slope of the Etna volcano, at an average altitude of 700-800 m above sea level. Fermentation and maceration for about three weeks, partly in wood and partly in cement, followed by aging in wood and cement for 24 months.
