Bottega Vinai: the great Trentino whites of Cavit
Reserved for restaurants and wine bars, the Bottega Vinai di Cavit line offers a broad panorama of Trentino wines, all strictly D.O.C. The grapes come from a selection of the most suitable areas of Trentino, such as the Piana Rotaliana, the hills of Trento, Vallagarina, the Brentonico plateau, the Valle di Cavedine, Roveré della Luna and the Valle dei Laghi.
The objective of this production is to create wines with a typical territorial character, which are able to highlight the best characteristics of the vines historically cultivated in the region. The organoleptic profiles perfectly reflect the classic mountain whites, with aromatic richness, pleasant freshness and minerality to spare.
