Jameson Irish Whiskey has a long history: it was created in 1780 by John Jameson at the Midleton distillery in Dublin. Since then, this world-famous whiskey has been produced with unrefined barley and malt and distilled three times in pot stills, the famous copper stills. It is then matured for at least seven years in ex-sherry or bourbon oak casks.
