In summary

How to taste it

Casamigos Anejo Tequila is an ultra-premium aged tequila made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves grown in the rich clay soil and cool climate of the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is crafted using slow-cooked agave piñas, roasted in traditional brick ovens for a full 72 hours. The slow fermentation process of 80 hours, compared to the average 48 hours, gives Casamigos Tequila its unique flavor. Casamigos Anejo is then patiently aged for 14 months in oak. The Casamigos Master Distiller uses a special yeast blend that produces a consistent, refined flavor, unlike more common commercial yeasts.
