Il successo della Savini Tartufi risiede nel legame con le proprie origini. Dopo tre generazioni di tartufai la famiglia Savini porta avanti l’attività del predecessore Zelindo, uomo che dai campi ha saputo riconoscere l’opportunità e l'ha colta. La loro intraprendenza li ha portati ad aprire tipologie di ristorazione in cui il tartufo è il protagonista indiscusso, come la Truffle Restaurant a Firenze, il NH Collection Porta Rossa alla proposta più veloce nel Mercato Centrale di Firenze, Roma e Torino, fino a Tartufotto, bistrot milanese dove è anche possibile comprare i prodotti.
