Williams Pear Au Cognac Peyrot is produced on the Francois Peyrot estate, located in the 1er Cru de Cognac, a Grande Champagne appellation. It's a blend of cognacs aged for two years in oak barrels and flavored with Williams pears. Each bottle of Francois Peyrot Liqueur au Cognac Poire uses 14 kilos of Williams pears, which are distilled.
