Fondata nel 1912 a Bourges (Francia centrale) da George Monin, la piccola Azienda artigiana di allora lancia contestualmente sul mercato il Monin Original, liquore a base di lime e spezie. Da allora la crescita è vorticosa, ma l’Azienda rimane rigorosamente familiare. Il perché di questa clamorosa affermazione? La cura esasperata per la qualità, le materie prime selezionate rigorosamente e una ricerca sistematica dell’innovazione. Oggi gli sciroppi di Monin sono sempre presenti nei cocktails che, di anno in anno, vincono la finale europea patrocinata dall’IBA.
