Le Vigne Di Zamo'
L’avventura dell’azienda Le Vigne di Zamò inizia nella seconda metà degli anni Settanta, quando la famiglia Zamò acquisisce pochi ettari di vigneto sulla collina di Rocca Bernarda, per poi allargarsi nel corso degli anni nelle località di Buttrio e Rosazzo, dove oggi troviamo la sua sede, raggiungendo circa 65 ettari vitati complessivi.
La produzione è variegata grazie alla felice coesistenza di più vitigni nell’accogliente panorama viticolo delle colline della provincia di Udine, dove troviamo Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Merlot ed altre uve, valorizzate da una filosofia produttiva che prevede la conduzione dei vigneti con metodi naturali, quali ad esempio concimazioni con letame ed humus.
Ad arricchire questa bella realtà c’è sicuramente la suggestiva cantina, estremamente moderna e interrata nella collina, limitando al minimo l’impatto ambientale sul meraviglioso panorama.
