Cognac Lheraud Fins Bois 1979 Sourced exclusively from Fins Bois, the house's vineyards are located in the Grande Champagne cru, the most prestigious in the region, renowned for its unique limestone soil. This terroir produces grapes of exceptional quality, rich in aroma and character. Lheraud places great importance on rigorous grape selection: The harvest is done by hand, allowing for meticulous selection of the ripest and healthiest bunches. This attention to detail is reflected in the quality of the eaux-de-vie produced, which are then distilled traditionally in copper stills.
