Bruno Clavelier
Il Domaine Bruno Clavelier è presente nel territorio di Vosne-Romanée dalla fine del XVIII, ma fino agli anni ’90 l’attività si limitava alla vendita del vino a dei produttori o commercianti locali. La vera svolta avviene quando Bruno Clavelier, dopo una carriera nel mondo del rugby, decide di occuparsi della proprietà di famiglia. Nel 1992 vengono imbottigliate le prime bottiglie che si distinguono per la qualità e la fedeltà al territorio. La tenuta conta su un patrimonio di vecchie vigne piantate tra gli anni ’30 e ’40, dopo la devastazione della fillossera. Le viti di oltre 80 anni producono naturalmente pochi grappoli, ma di altissima qualità, con aromi molto intensi e concentrati. A partire dagli anni ’70, i vigneti sono gestiti senza utilizzo di prodotti chimici. Oggi la tenuta è certificata biologica e si applicano anche i principi dell’agricoltura biodinamica
