Amaro Importante is born from the authentic 1871 recipe created by Mr. Jefferson. The story goes that, having survived the shipwreck and found refuge in the Old Customs Warehouse, he selected citrus fruits, spices, and aromatic herbs from all over Calabria. Today, everything is authentically reproduced with meticulous attention to detail. These include the , bitter and sweet oranges, and the main botanicals grown in Calabria, which, combined with other herbs and spices, make Jefferson natural and unique. Its Mediterranean flavor can be enjoyed both at room temperature and chilled. It is an original addition to great classics such as Americano, Martinez, and Boulevardier, replacing Vermouth.
