Dal 1783 fino ai giorni nostri, ben 7 generazioni di “vignerons” hanno tramandato di padre in figlio lo stile di produzione dello Champagne Philippe Gonet. Questa tradizione ormai centenaria, nonché colonna portante dell’azienda, e la qualità delle uve coltivate, hanno reso il loro Champagne uno dei più noti al mondo tra quelli prodotti a Mensil sur Oger.
In questa zona, nota come Cote de Blancs, l’azienda si estende per circa 19 ettari su cui dominano i vitigni Chardonnay, Pinot Noir e Pinot Meunier. La diversità dei suoli e la presenza di alcune marne calcaree, permetto alla cantina di poter differenziare la produzione ottenendo diverse tipologie di prodotti di qualità elevata.
