Il nome di questo piccolo birrificio artigianale trentino, sito a Sorni di Lavis (provincia di Trento), nasce da una leggenda popolare che narra che in questo maso viveva un personaggio particolare il cui fare maldestro e meschino gli aveva fatto guadagnare l'appellativo di NEROBRIGANTE.
Questa giovane realtà si fa apprezzare per le sue birre prodotte tutte ad alta fermentazione, non filtrate e rifermentate in bottiglia, accomunate da una contenuta gradazione alcolica e un corpo che conferisce loro grande bevibilità.
