Gaston Chiquet

Gaston Chiquet è un rinomato récoltant-manipulant di Dizy, piccolo comune a est della Vallée de la Marne, patria per eccellenza del Pinot Meunier. La Maison è stata fondata da Gaston Chiquet nel 1935, successivamente Gaston acquista terreni nei comuni di Aÿ e di Hautvillers, totalizzando 23 ettari di terreni vitati, dove l’età media delle piante è di 27 anni. Oltre al Pinot Meunier, sono allevate anche viti di Chardonnay e di Pinot Noir
