Bramardi
L'azienda Bramardi, collocata a Cervasca vicino a Cuneo in Piemonte, viene fondata agli inizi degli anni 40 da Giovanni Bramardi dopo una lunga esperienza di pasticcere a Parig. La passione per il cioccolato ha portato l'azienda a selezionare le migliori origini di cacao come America Centrale e meridionale, Madagascar. La combinazione dei migliori ingredienti con lavorazioni puramente artigianali ha permesso di raggiungere un perfetto equilibrio di aromi e sapori.
