Birra dell'Eremo rappresenta una delle più interessanti realtà italiane legate al panorama della birra artigianale: nata nel 2011 a Capodacqua di Assisi, è a conduzione strettamente familiare e si fonda su una profonda conoscenza del mondo birraio, unita a una grande passione.

Le loro birre si dividono tra ricette antiche e tecniche all’avanguardia: il perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione ed innovazione. Da materie prime di ottima qualità amalgamate e trattate in modo naturale, nasce così un prodotto unico, frutto di un’azienda giovane, dinamica e molto attenta anche al mondo ecosostenibile: a partire dalla scelta del packaging, con la bottiglia in vetro riciclabile e nel rispetto di tutti gli standard qualitativi e ambientali.
