The pairing of wine with crustaceans such as shrimps, lobsters and crabs must take into account their characteristic lightness and softness. Therefore wines with good freshness and a not too pronounced structure are ideal. For example, a good Franciacorta or a Champagne could be ideal. Or a Ribolla Gialla or a good Verdicchio di Jesi.
